# Handling Drop-offs & Resuming Onboarding

Consumers can drop off in a few places during the onboarding flow (get started, kyc, and terms pages).
Consumer can be sent to the onboarding multiple times and the consumer will pick up where they left off. \

In example if the consumer completed the KYC portion and does not accept terms. When the consumer is sent back to the onboarding flow they will not need to complete onboarding again.
